Transversal skills: create your own career pursuit strategy after graduate studies

Technical skills are highly valued during university studies while in working life, companies also value transversal skills. For example, teamwork is a crucial skill in today's organizations and difficult to master. Graduate training gives a lot of transversal skills, however it is clear that they are not valued in our universities and not communicated to employers. The conference will allow students to understand transversal skills and to define strategies for learning these skills during graduate studies.
